Date of the draw

The draw will run from 18.11.2025-30.11.2025
The draw will take place on 1.12.2025

Prize

We will draw a Memmas Knossos product package (worth around €25) among those who commented on the draw.

The prize will be delivered directly to the winner's preferred address in Finland. We will contact the winner personally.

Eligibility

All natural persons aged 18 or over living in Finland have the right to participate. If the winner has acted in violation of these rules or otherwise illegally, this will result in disqualification. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tries to abuse the prize draw in order to alter the results or the odds of the draw.

The Promoter is not responsible for messages that are not received for technical reasons or for incomplete, inappropriate or illegible messages. Employees or family members of the Promoter's subsidiaries, subcontractors, partners or organisations involved in the production of the competition are not eligible to enter the competition.

Processing of personal data

Personal data provided in connection with participation in the prize draw will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Read more in the Privacy Policy.

Limitations on the prize and the winner's liability

The prize cannot be exchanged for goods or converted into cash. The organiser is not responsible for cases of force majeure. Winners will be notified personally. If we do not reach the winner within seven (7) days of the draw, the prize will be awarded to the next winner in a new draw. You can only enter the competition once.

Responsibility of the organiser

The winner of the prize shall release the Promoter from any and all liability arising or alleged to have arisen from participation in this prize draw or receipt of the prize. The prize winner also releases the Promoter from all liability in respect of any subsequent use of or defect in the prize and from any liability for injury or damage caused or alleged to have been caused by participation in this prize draw or the claiming or use of the prize. This exemption from liability shall not, however, prejudice any rights which the consumer may have under consumer protection law.

The organiser's liability to the entrants shall not exceed the value or amount of the prize specified in these rules. The organiser is not responsible for entries which for technical reasons have not been received or which contain incomplete contact details. The organiser reserves the right to cancel the competition due to force majeure or similar events.

Taxes

The Promoter agrees to pay any taxes due on the prize mentioned in the prize draw/contest. The winner will be responsible for any other costs associated with accepting the prize.

Rule changes and cancellation of the draw

The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the rules by announcing them on the website. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the entire draw due to force majeure or similar events.

Change

By participating in the prize draw, the participants agree that they may receive information related to the products marketed by Arho Foods Oy and that the contact information they provide may be used for marketing purposes.

The Promoter has the right to publish the winner's name on the websites or accounts it manages.

Participants' contact details will not be disclosed to third parties.

By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promoter.
