Greek Balsamic Vinegar

Memmas Knossos balsamic vinegar is produced in Greece and only the best grape varieties are used. Balsamic vinegar has no added sugar or artificial flavourings. It is produced exclusively through the natural fermentation of grape juice. Memmas Knossos balsamic vinegar can be used on its own or as part of cooking. It is ideal for use in salads, sauces and marinades, for example, adding fresh acidity and nuance to food.

Ingredients: Vinegar from dark grapes (69 %), must from Italian grapes (30 %), food colour: caramel (E150a). Contains SULPHITE. Acetic acid content 6 %.
