Greek salad

Greek salad is a fresh and tasty dish with tomatoes, cucumber, feta, olives and olive oil - the perfect taste experience of the Mediterranean tradition.

This delicious salad is the perfect side dish or light main course, bringing Mediterranean flavours straight to your plate.

Ingredients:

- 1 cucumber (peeled and diced)
- 2 tomatoes (diced)
- 1 red onion (thinly sliced)
- 200 g feta cheese (chunks or blocks)
- 1 dl black olives (for example Kalamata olives)
- 1/2 dl Memmas Knossos extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Do this:

Rinse and peel the cucumber, cut it into thin slices or cubes.
Chop the tomatoes and red onion.
Place the cucumber, tomatoes and red onion in a large bowl.
Add the Kalamata olives and feta cheese to the salad.
Mix the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt and black pepper in a small bowl or jar.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
