Ingredients:
Memmas Knossos Greek kalamata olives without stones
1 teaspoon oregano
1 clove of garlic, crushed
grated lemon or lime zest
a splash of lemon juice
1 bearing leaf
black pepper to taste
About 1,2 dl Memmas Knossos extra virgin olive oil
Do this:
Drain the olives and rinse them briefly in a colander with cold water.
Add oregano, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, bay leaf, pepper and olive oil to a glass jar. Stir.
Add the olives.
Finally, add enough olive oil to fill the jar. Close the lid.
Turn the jar upside down and shake gently to mix the ingredients.
