Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber
- 2 dl unflavoured Greek yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons Memmas Knossos organic extra virgin olive oil
- Chopped fresh herbs (mint, basil, dill, oregano)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped or crushed
- 1 teaspoon of fine sea salt
Do this:
Grate the cucumber and squeeze out the excess liquid
Mix all the ingredients together
Garnish with a drop of Memmas Knossos organic extra virgin olive oil and serve with fresh bread or vegetables.
